Kundalini Yoga & Meditation For Women

Keep up with your New Year's resolutions - learn something new, reduce your stress, try to get in a bit better shape, or even exercise a little each week. Both Yoga and Belly Dancing can help you accomplish these goals. Try one or both of these weekly classes with Sumora/Devta Kaur, a longtime belly dancer and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.

Each class includes a pranayama (breathing), a kriya (exercise set), a full meditation, and a relaxation.

Devta Kaur (aka Susan Morgaine), has practiced KY&M for many years, is certified to teach by the Kundalini Research Institute, and is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. The late-spring/early summer classes will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights.

The regular Tuesday night and Saturday morning class schedule will resume in late Summer.
